The buyer’s point of contact from registration to completion. They handle the identity and funding checks, chase the legal pack, and keep both solicitors moving during the exclusivity period.
Pack coordination
Works with the seller’s solicitor to get the legal pack complete before marketing, and handles additions while a lot is live.
Partner agency support
Trains and supports the estate agencies that introduce property, and advises on whether a given instruction suits auction at all.
